Aeza Tracking Order Status

I use Aeza's cloud hosting for personal projects. and it has been great. No major issues, and the support is always there whan needed. The only downside is the limited trial period.

As a small business owner, I needed something cost-effective and reliable. Aeza's VPS has been perfect. Fast setup, and their support is always responsive.

Aeza provides a reliable service, and my site runs without hiccups. However, their control panel could use more advanced features. Overall, I'm satisfied but looking forward to future updates.

I'm a loyal customer, been with Aeza for longer than half of it's lifespan. Rent more than 20 vms. Today, out of nowhere, my account and all vms are blocked. I contacted support, and they only say I violated terms. They refuse to share anything else. Unbelievable. All funds in my account are stolen. Stay away. Update 7-11-24; Updated 1 star to 4 star, as I now understood why they did what they did and we came to a mutual understanding. I have access again and all is restored. Not 5 star because I was only able to achieve this via contact with the CEO of Aeza - not via regular support channels. This is not a normal path of escalation, and some won't even think about it.
