Aeropostale Tracking Order Status

It’s been 11 days and my order is still awaiting fulfillment?? I need these clothes for school and they haven’t even shipped yet. Can’t get in touch with a human for customer service either. Update: So, my order has shipped now and it will here on Tuesday. Still horrible, becuase it’s been like 20 days and school already started. But I’m just glad it’s coming at all Update 2: It arrived. I like my jeans. Took forever, but I guess it’s just high volume orders and they can’t handle it. I did send them an angry message via the contact us part of their website before this. Maybe, that helped.

I ordered some clothing for my daughter (SCHOOL clothing which she will soon need) on the 3rd of this month. I only received a confirmation email. I contacted customer service to see what the hold up was and they told me it was still in the process of being fulfilled. 🤔 Does it really take a full 7 day week? According to the shipping method I chose, it should have already been shipped. I will NEVER purchase from them online again! Customer service chat was also rushed, I felt.
