Ich verstehe die ganzen negativen Bewertungen nicht, ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Flug von Hamburg nach Athen und zurück. Flugbegleiter sehr freundlich. Flüge alle pünktlich. Snack und Getränke im Flieger inklusive. Sitze Standard gut.

Lost my bag coming to Santorini from Athens. No communication, no response to email. Tell your hotel and local friends so that they can tell the airline not to hurt Greece and tourism. I will avoid coming here after horrible experience. Also rude with disabled passenger at the Vienna check-in. She told me she did not need to inform me that the plane was loading disabled passengers, that this is not a requirement with Aegean. Edit - and hopefully useful to future passengers - after my traveling partner travelled to the Santorini airport counter, they made some calls to Athens and the bag showed up the night before we left Santorini. Do not just accept that your bag will show up on the next flight, because it most likely will not without your taking action. Kudos to the Aegean staff at Santorini airport for their friendliness and taking action to help me. Five star for them!!

Ho fatto quattro voli con Aegean. Posso dire che sono molto soddisfatta a cominciare dall'app facile ed intuitiva. Nei messaggi in modo tempestivo ti avvisano qual'è il gate e aggiornano se ci fosse un cambio. Sono stata testimone di un fatto che mi ha sorpresa piacevolmente. A causa di un ritardo di 45 min alcuni passeggeri hanno perso le loro coincidenze. All'uscita dal veivolo li aspettavano con nuovi biglietti per i prossimi voli con la loro compagnia per la stessa destinazione. Era tutto già organizzato da loro senza aspettare i reclami. Quando io sono scesa dal mio aereo aspettava l'adetto con il foglio su cui risultavano tutti i passeggeri che dovevano prendere una coincidenza con il gate e le spiegazioni dove ad i trova. Sul veivolo sono tutti molto professionali.
