Advanced MP3 Players Tracking Order Status

I have used Advanced MP3 Players for a number of years to purchase high-end IEM's, headphones, and DAP's. As a company, in my experience, customer service seems to go through to the route of what they do. My latest purchase was a very expensive DAP. The customer care team on the phone were always patient and curious, never rushing me and never getting pushy desire all of my questions. They understand that HiFi enthusiasts are a very peculiar breed. Once I ordered, all of my requests were carried out, and I was kept fully informed of when stock was available, shipping, etc. AMP3 are a brilliant company and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to other HiFi enthusiasts. 5 Stars!

Always perfect...!! Go to place for my audio DACs, DAPs, IEMs etc... Always answer emails swiftly and with great and accurate detail. Competitive prices usually with an offer for spring or summer etc.. Hyper quick delivery and FedEx always seem to get right for me. They are always right in the middle of my alloted time slot. Bought a Fiio UTWS5 from them in September last year and had problems getting it to charge, then one of the charging pins failed. This was replaced with a new item without any fuss. Then a week ago the replacement failed in exactly the same way. I was worried they might complain about having to replace it twice, but there was no problem at all. They quickly sent it back, this time with a different charging case that works fine. Friendly and professional, and a great example of why it's a good idea to buy from an official distributor.
