I would like to thank Bree for all the help that she gave me unfortunately I got a product that was not functional she had me to take a few minor steps showing that the product was faulting, I did exactly as she asked I sent email to her, and immediately problem was solved! I have a new product on its way! Again I would like to thank Bree for her speedy response as well as her speedy result!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing experience shopping at atms! I use this site regularly & it is the only place I get my cheeky goods from! The customer service is amazing, they're always so fast and responsive! They also have so many items I honestly just go for a look to see what's new 😍

Products and prices are great. Very high quality and fun to use. But don't hold your breath expecting any package or response to questions. Every package I have ordered has taken 3 almost 3 weeks to receive and this last one wont get here till after Valentines Day and I ordered it in January. Customer service is equally responsive. I waited till after 8 AM NZ Time and left a message. I still have not received an email or a phone call back from them. So don't expect much service but you will get what you ordered - eventually.

The company needs to make sure instructions are included in the package. Got a vibrating egg with its charger but cant seem to insert the charger into the egg to charge it

The purchase was difficult, but that’s because you have so many products to chose from! I love the items I purchased, It’s always good to go up a size, makes it more of as adventure!! My items arrived a few days later and boy was I excited, I just had to hop on and write this review. Everything was great, discreet, nondescript packaging with a wonderful surprise inside, Sounds like my last encounter! I look forward to coming again soon! 😉
