ADP Tracking Order Status

Over Complicated and not easy to use. Help system is pointless and never lists the answers I’m after, constantly having to contact them for answers… Not user intuitive and will probably switch companies soon. There is no way for me to reply here except like this.... But as I said above nothing about the website or app is user friendly or user intuitive or customer facing, very painful to use... it's so hard to do anything on there. Is there any training videos or better help or anything anywhere ?

I waited for 50 minutes and then was unceremoniously hung up on. This was a time-sensitive issue and I really needed to speak with someone. Waiting 50 minutes to be hung up on is horrible customer service.

The support is terrible. Definitely offshored. While they are very nice they are not thorough. Opening a ticket for support can take days, weeks, or even months to get to a final resolution only to have them forget a detail and things are not working. So many times they promise to follow through on something and it doesn't get done. The program is less than user-friendly. I an working on a replacement soon. (not soon enough)

The ADP app hasn’t been working. Other than that it’s been helpful in seeing paychecks early, tax info, and any garnishment info.

I just want to check if any one can write reviews here and I guess they can
