A Dece Oasis Tracking Order Status

Just bought Ado A16xe -although not ridden yet it appears of good quality and generally what we were expecting. However, we thought that it had a throttle only mode which it does not appear to have. We note that if you press the minus button on the controller you get a very slow throttle speed without pedalling. Is it possible to use this bike without pedal assist and purely as a moped??

Vanaf het begin veel problemen met de fiets. Voorlamp knakt af (plastic) Ze reageren wel snel op de mail maar ze communiceren slecht met elkaar. Heb denk ik al 80 mails gestuurd en heb elke keer iemand anders die reageerd. Daardoor moet ik elke keer herhalen wat het probleem is. 1 Maand niet kunnen fietsen omdat de display kapot was omdat er water in was gekomen. Duidelijke foto,s opgestuurd en dan 4 x iets verkeerd sturen. Vandaag is hij er helemaal mee opgehouden en pakt de motor niet meer op. Heb alle settings nagekeken en alles staat goed. Wacht nu af wat er nu gaat gebeuren. Anders wil ik mijn geld terug.

I bought an ADO A20F+ in June 2022, the bike has been brilliant ever since. At the time of delivery the communications with ADO were very professional, the carrier had 'lost' the bike and ADO arranged to send a replacement. Since then I have bought another ADO e-bike - the ADO Air (Air 20), again a fantastic e-bike and top-notch communications about delivery and after-sales support for an accessory item that had to be delivered later than the e-bike.

Review based on experience so far…l am trying to order after much research on e-bikes. I am petite (1,50 & 40kg) so limited options.., settled on Adoebike A16+ .., however won’t accept my address in NL. Website offers NL, from Germany 🇩🇪. I cant even place an order & emailing & whatapp but no response, now reading the reviews.., based on Customer service comments… I’m rethinking 🤷🏼‍♀️ if I should still purchase. I’ll be back … to either add or take away some stars.
