Admiral Tracking Order Status

Insured as a couple and separately for both adult sons who are studying at university. Website easy and price reasonable, but would have preferred to have been able to make a family account.

Good an easy. Not 5 star because I had to wait 2 hours for website to be up and running after an IT issue for Admiral..

every thing was explained in detail before we went ahead with the home and car insurances, any questions answered on any thing we were not sure about. It all went through with no problems. Documents arrived 3 and 4 days later.

Simple online process. Best price I could scavenge around to find. Of course there's lots to fill out, but nothing was over the top or difficult. They even had a phone number that was answered after a few minutes and it was a local answering. Really impressed, and I am cynical!

It was very simple to activate a new car insurance, but I really wanted to be called before my car insurance started and talk to a person.
