Adlens Tracking Order Status

The selection and ordering process was super easy. You can track your order through their website. Items arrived quickly after about 6 days (bank holiday included). The lenses work exactly as described and fit neatly on my Quest 3, making the image sharp. I would highly recommend this company and I’ve already done so to friends.

Ordered prescription lenses for my quest 2, after 2 years of contact lens use. Tired eyes hampered my play experience. My Adlens lenses arrived today! Lovely packaging and case, with easy to follow instructions. They were simple to fit. My first play was amazing, I only wish I'd bought them months ago. I have a complex prescription and this was reproduced in these incredible VR lenses. Mark from customer services went the extra mile to ensure that I was able to experience the full immersive experience of VR without the eye strain and lack of comfort I was experiencing using my glasses. The lenses were thin enough to do away with the need for spacers in headset, and the image produced was clear and well defined Adlens care about their customers and will strive to give you the best VR experience. Honestly - Adlens have changed my experience with VR. I used to have the worst headaches from having my glasses pressing into the side of my head underneath the headset and decided to get my prescription done as lenses. It has made VR so much more enjoyable. (Also when you make silly mistakes like I did the Customer support team are angels and helped me out the entire time)
