Adidas MY Tracking Order Status

Shoes are obviously good but do not buy them online! My shoes were stalled 1 week in my location warehouse (for no reason) and the customer assistance (that I called twice) were completely ineffective if they ever did anything about it. I had to call the warehouse and shout at them to have my shoes delivered. In the end I received my shoes after 11 days (I could have bought them 1 week later, taken advantage of the after NYE sales, and received them on the same day). So in the end I paid the full price because I did not want to wait for the sales season (also my size is very standard and I was scared to miss my shoes had I waited for the sales) but I have them delivered 11 days after, as if I had bought during the sales season .... The Customer assistance in MY was very unresponsive (I asked for a refund equal to the difference in price I could have paid during the sales season), but finally they offered me 10% discount voucher had I bought new stuff on their website... that sounded like un insult, as it is their website itself (and the courier they decided to work with) the origin of all problems - from which I clearly want to stay away. I also tried to escalate this to Adidas Germany, to their headquarters, but they simply did not even respond me after 2 weeks. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE WHEN YOU BUY SHOES THAT COST 200 EUROS !!!!!!
