Adidas Tracking Order Status

I’m very disappointed that I was promised 10% discount if I do review but when I was purchasing new shoes it said I can’t use promotional code. Whats the point to use people to do review for them.

Astounded by previous reviews. Ordered last night around 8pm item arrived just now. Everything was in order, box was clean/tidy and well packaged. Used Adidas for years and can't fault quality although item is too new to comment on durability they look well made and as advertised.

My fourth order arrived today. I've been really impressed with the whole buying process and the excellent prices. I've had to return a couple of items which Adidas offer free postage. The returns have been handled effectively. Also the packaging that the items arrive in is very good. I was so surprised to see all the negative reviews on here, which go against my experience. The website and ordering process is very easy to use.

Ordered a pair of trainers in the sale. Shipped very quickly and arrived 2 days later. But... They were shipped with an electronic security tag still attached. Tried to reply to the dispatch email and no response several days later. Tried the email listed on their Instagram bio. That one had an auto response saying the emails were no longer monitored. Don't want to return them as they're now showing out of stock so I'm left trying to find a way to get this removed! Products are great, delivery fast but customer support doesn't seem to be there - if there's a problem with an order it's difficult to get it solved.

Adidas customer services, both on FB and via email, went above and beyond to help us. My hubby bought two pairs of sports shoes and wanted to return one pair; instead, he returned one from each of the two boxes. I really did not think customer services or the warehouse would be able to sort this for us and they did, and always with great, prompt communication. Thank you so much. Also, from other orders, we have enjoyed great, flattering products at good prices.
