Customer service is non existent

My massage gun stopped charging after two years. Still in warranty. They made it very difficult to get support and then finally offered me 30% of the price I paid back as it was no longer a stocked item. All I wanted was a new massage gun that worked, since it was still under warranty. Now no answer and I have bought another brand.
