Addison Lee App Download Campaign Tracking Order Status

Driver on time and very courteous helped with bag etc. I like the Addison Lee App where you can check where the driver is when waiting I find this very useful and reassuring especially if it’s late at night.

Late night in London we were looking for a safe and comfortable ride home. Our driver picked us up at the specified point, was courteous and kind and then drove well within the speed limits of the road. The car was beautifully kept and it was a pleasurable drive home. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

I pre booked my travel to St Pancras station at 4:30am in order to catch my train. When I still didn’t see any sign of the cab at 4:40am, I called the center and the gentleman said there was still no sign of any cab drivers. Really frustrated, as it was an early morning, if nth can be confirmed, wouldn’t it be more sensible to notify the customer earlier? Finally a driver turned up at around 5am. Luckily I still manage to catch my train, but it wasn’t the best experience I would like to have with Addison Lee.

Although the driver was held up by traffic, he kept me informed about his late arrival and we had an agreeable conversation in transit

The driver was early enough to remove any time pressure on me. As I’m not in the best of health he loaded my cases into the car. He drove beautifully, smoothly and without any drama finally dropping off at the appropriate gate for Club World check-in
