Loved the sweatshirt and quick delivery but wish it was clearer on the website that I would be charged customs to Ireland

Only 2 stars as it’s really difficult to contact you without order number. I’ve never ordered from you before so sizing is always a gamble. Should the ordering size not fit can I exchange for another size without incurring postal costs?

don't know why, but customs duties were imposed on the parcel and I had to pay an additional £10

The shipping was really fast and the products have a nice quality. Sadly the size L is not the same in all the products. While one piece in L fits perfectly, the other piece in L is way too small.

Didn't leave the 5 star as I feel the free delivery charge should be lowered to be in line with other sportswear retailers. But I do feel its a great brand with superb marketing, great seasonal colours, good stock levels and lovely items.
