I love adairs products, but I absolutely hate going into adairs stores purely because of the way staff harass people, so scripted and in your face, obviously they have management on their butts with sales upgrades but holy, give it a rest! I’d probably be more inclined to walk into their stores more often if the staff didn’t act like such pests.

Exceptional service. Tamara,Northland store, Preston,Victoria, went above and beyond. Tamara arranged to transfer an item from another store, then called to advise me the item was on the way, and stayed in touch until the item had been delivered to me. Customers put trust in your staff to deliver the goods, have knowledge of the stock they are selling, have good listening skills and are able to problem solve . Tamara shone in all these areas. Adairs would do well to highlight Tamaras customer service skills in their training video.

I would like to thank Selen at homebush DFO for all the help and attention she gave me. I called the store in the morning and she was happy to assist with my enquiry. Going to the store 2 hours later, Selen went above and beyond with my questions and purchase. Thank you sooo much again.

I had a bit of trouble with my linen lovers last week and was trying to purchase something, and their customer service was amazing. I was frustrated initially with the website, but they fixed my issue straight away and went above and beyond to do so. They ended up discounting my item further because the price had dropped since I’d ordered. Both people I spoke to were helpful and understanding despite me being panicky and frustrated. Especially Cass, so if Adairs are reading this, she’s great.

I ordered my quilt cover on 31/12/2021, fully recognising it was a busy time of year. When I received emails on 5/1/22 and again on 11/1/22 apologising for the delay and no real timeframes, I started to worry. A quick google search and I was convinced I'd said goodbye to my quilt cover and any chance of refund. Reviews from others were far from satisfactory. I was pleased to receive an email on 13/1/22 saying my goods had been posted but based on other people's experiences, I was still worried that perhaps I'd receive the wrong order. Either I got lucky or Adairs have lifted their game! Credit where credit is due!
