1. This mat is a complete waste of money. The original accustrike mat was overpriced but at least the quality was good, came well presented and lasted me several years. This isnt the same mat, crap plastic cellophane packaging that causes the mat to warp. The mat itself is now light and flimsy and complete garbage. Save your money and get a cheaper mat from eBay or Amazon and replace it more frequently. 2. The owner Ricky Dawson regened on his agreement to refund me my postage costs after selling me such a crap and faulty item. I had to work so hard just to even get the product refunded as he just ignored emails, such a poor unscrupulous organisation. Clearly looking at reviews, others have experienced the same. DO NOT BUY FROM SUCH AS PERSON OR COMPANY!

Simply didn’t deliver the product! Refuse to respond to emails and can’t get hold of to sort refund. 2 months after the order and nothing - basically theft! Do not order from this company!

Company offers 10% off with disabled code due to “Sales” promotion. I messaged and suggested to make this clearer. The response was that they have a 40% off sale. RRP of the Matt is £64.99, offer price is £44.99 (which is not 40% off, that would be £38.99). I sent another email asking for clarification since is was Ricky who said they have a 40% sale. The response - a blunt cancellation of my order. Probably for the better having read the comment below. Very very strange customer service! (If that’s what you want to call it)

I was bought an indoor mat for Christmas having really wanted one. However the first time I used it it fell apart. The foam came away from the mat and the plastic underlay beneath the fabric broke into pieces. I took photos of this and contacted the company via email with the pictures I received a response from Ricky to say that this had happened on only about 30 instances and they thought it was a faulty batch. As such would I like a replacement. I responded to say could I have an outdoor version instead because I was now a bit worried about the robustness of the indoor one with foam. Since then I have heard nothing back. I have sent numerous emails over a 6 week period, used the contact function on the website several times, without the courtesy of a single response. I then tried social media sending a tweet on Twitter. I got a response to say “I will look into this and DM you shortly”. However I then checked a few days later and noticed they had blocked me for some reason All I requested was a response, nothing more than that. Genuinely appalling customer service and I genuinely do not understand why I have not been replied to. Ricky, please can you advise me why you have not been in contact ?
