Voucher was processed quickly and efficiently by Activity Superstore. The experience provider was similarly efficient in carrying out the booking. The experience itself was excellent.

Has a small problem with my hotel booking but this was swiftly sorted out by Samantha who was extremely helpful.

We were gifted a voucher for a helicopter & fizzy experience. Though we were grateful it was not to our taste or practical. To use the experience we would have to travel about an hour & a half for what would be less than 10 minutes going up in a helicopter. We exchanged the experience for a whiskey tasting at Brewhouse & kitchen as it is nearby. When it came to the actual booking we were informed that they were not running the tastings as they had nobody experienced to do so. They told us we could not just have an alternative voucher & would have to wait until someone was trained, this was likely to be at least five months away. We have now exchanged again for a boat trip in Oxford as we are visiting & hope when it comes to booking our requested time there will be no issue. Experiences should not be advertised if the provider can not deliver & booking times should be available when exchanging voucher, not after.

Kind of complex. But great value
