Activated You Tracking Order Status

wondering how the reviews can be so different two or three saying its a scam others saying best think since sliced bread, would love to try the product, as having belly issues, but do not want to be scammed either

Got subscribed without asking but amazing Customer Services and refunded immediately. Started first box - looks disgusting but tastes delicious.

I've actually been taking the morning complete for at least 6 months but probably more so this is not something I just started. When I first got it I got 3 jars which I soon found out was just way too many. Then you came out with the berry flavored one and I got excited because I would much prefer berry flavored. So I got that one but I still had the other jars. So I decided to go through all my jars and then I would start a subscription for the berry flavored one but now it's out of stock and for the last 2 months. So I am buying the citrus flavor one jar at a time until the berry one is back in stock. When I asked when it would be in stock, I was told the middle of February. That came and gone. So when I had a mix up in my biocollegan order (I received something from a GundryMD) I called and got that straightened out and asked about it again and I am now told March 15. So I am keeping an eye out for it =). What it did for me is this...I just feel better. I don't feel bloaty and I just feel healthy. I don't even mind the slug in the bottom of my glass because I just feel better. I like the idea of the mushroom because I'm drinking a mushroom coffee everyday right now too. Everyday doze. And with some amazing results. I am however, not made of money and your products are very pricey. And I understand why. I like them and they work for me. I will have to decide now though which one I will continue and which one I will not. The morning complete I will be continuing because that one I just love and can instantly feel the difference. What can you do better as a company? The only thing I can think of when I think of this, is the recent incident I had with the absolutely wrong product sent to me. Please make sure that the correct product is sent and if it happens again, can the replacement product be mailed with expedited shipping? Because the product is on a subscription every month so I have a month supply which means I am now out of the product that I was supposed to receive because I am now waiting for the replacement product. Other than that, I love the company, I love the products and I just feel better which was my whole goal. =)
