Ace Rent a Car Tracking Order Status

My experience renting my car was amazing . Oscar was very knowledgeable and helpful. His manager Bob was also helpful. I definitely recommend renting your car Drivo . This best part is that they remembered me from my last visit. That’s exceptional customer service.

My parents arrived early - their flight from New Zealand was early - and the staff opened their doors early for us to collect the car. Staff were personable, friendly, helpful & organised. Getting the car was easy & quick. We used the car for a month, driving over 2,500 miles across the North of England, Scotland and Wales. The car was well-maintained, and we had no problems with it at all over the time we used it. Returning the car, we were able to drop the car and then were driven by staff to the terminal ready to leave the UK. This saved taxi fare, or walking the 1.4 miles. Staff, again, were friendly and helpful, offering food and drink while we waited.

Rented a small economical car with unlimited miles for a Denver to Vegas trip. Found out when i arrived that i couldnt take the car out that far. If i did it would have been a 300 dollar fee. I talked the manager down to 200 dollars. Then the associate tells me that i cant drive a small car though the mountains and id need an suv. This ballooned my week long trip from 150 to 800 bucks. At this point im pissed and no where to go. Reluctantly i agree. A few days later and much calmer, I get on the phone with customer service and tell them what occurred. They cannot help me. 2 managers call me back. The first one tried to make it seem like it was my fault because i didnt read the fine print on the website. And the second knocked off half the price for me. The Hyundai Palisade was nice. No car problems. Had a great trip regardless of the issue. It was my fault for using ace. I hope these bad reviews really make them change how they do business.

My 4th time renting a car from these guys. Price is unmatchable and the service (Daniel in particular - if I recall correctly) great. Despite their popularity and the huge line there was 3 out of 4 times, the service is very efficient (they have 4 or 5 active counters) so you're not gonna wait for too long. The car itself (I always go for a Camry) was in perfect condition. The only reason why I wouldn't give it 5* is that there's no direct shuttle from LAX (as far as I know); you first need to reach the shuttle parking lot in order to grab the ACE shuttle.

Duży pozytyw. Rezerwacji dokonałem telefonicznie z odbiorem na lotnisku w Gdańsku. Zostałem mile zaskoczony całkowicie nowym samochodem. Dziękuję Panu Łukaszowi za szybkie i bezproblemowe załatwienie wszystkich formalności przy odbiorze auta. Gorąco polecam.
