Acer Tracking Order Status

Bought laptop approx 6 months ago. Website was good, it was easy to purchase and delivery was quick. The laptop works exactly as hoped, no problems as yet. Have not needed to contact company further. A little concerning reading other reviews but my experience has been good so far.

Ayant fait l'achat d'un pc Acer nitro 5,le système de refroidissement (ventilateur) est tombé en panne,grésillement très dérangeant le sav Acer à pris en charge la réparation à ses frais,je n'ai du patienter que 1 semaine pour récupérer mon ordinateur,je suis globalement satisfait du sav Acer, je n'hésiterai pas à refaire appel à eux.

I've been using ACER Swift Lightweight Laptop since the pandemic came and it has greatly helped me fulfill my day-to-day goals when it comes to the accessing and organizing my job tasks and personal endeavors. With its unique features like its Radeon Graphics and AMD Ryzen 5 processor, I was able to work like a pro and give my best especially when it comes to pursuing my passion towards theater and performing arts.

I bought an Acer laptop 18 months ago in the UK and it broke. They fixed it ASAP for no charge including courier fees. Wonderful service. Thank you Acer - hope you see this review

I've had several issues when it comes to the Acer Predator Helios 300. But in the end it was worth it! It has changed cooling, screen twice, but it was all under warranty. The service really helped me. But I do think it's unneccesary that I've needed this much help with it, I've sent it to the workshop about 4 times. But they helped me the way I wanted them to so I'll give them a 3.5 in total since the issues was quite an annoyance
