4* thanks to the wonderful Miss Kiki! She greeted us on arrival with warmth and efficiency. We felt really welcome by all staff, including Miss Rene, and the whole concierge team. Rooms are spacious, though tired and not particularly clean. Having a curtain rather than door at bathroom isn't great either. 🙃 The pool and staff up on the roof were also really lovely.

ACE Hôtel Angers, bien mais...

Cet établissement est très correct. Accueil, chambre, petit-déjeuner... Mais, il est très désagréable de voir que le prix réel a augmenté de 30% à cause d'un salon ayant lieu la semaine de mon séjour. Un point important pour les professionnels: Le Wifi passe par un provider qui se permet de collecter les données sans réelle autorisation. De plus, impossible de me connecter à mon VPN privé qui crypte le transit de mes données. Ceci est simplement inacceptable!! Je n'ai évidemment pas utilisé ce WiFi inquisiteur.
