An amazing quick customer service! I was unsure about my item I had purchased and the team was there to help me with any questions I had! I’m sure I will love my purchase when it arrives! 💗

Purchased the name bracelet which broke when tightening, spoke to customer service who kindly replaced this bracelet and the same thing has happened again. Considering the price of this product I expected it to be a lot better quality.

Can quite honestly say that the customer support has been superb. Bought two name bracelets for my sister for Christmas last year and there were a couple of issues with the bracelets. Both bracelets are going to be replaced which is absolutely superb. Great customer service and support.

Customer service is 5* from Abbott Lyon. Any time Iv had a problem it’s always been resolved quickly and efficiently. On the live chat today a lady named Ashleigh help me. They were very helpful and Iv got a replacement bracelet being sent out.

Was very disappointed to find my necklace hasn’t passed the quality control checks - was not notified prior to delivery - I had to chase to find this out when the necklace wasn’t in my delivery . Katrina was very helpful to resolve the issue however not happy with service so far! Disappointing cos the item I have received is very nice.
