American Airlines Tracking Order Status

On a recent trip to Australia with American Airlines my flight was Dublin to London, London to LA and LA to Sydney. When I arrived in Heathrow after a long time it was discovered that my Esta Visa was fraudulent. I was devastated as I was not allowed on the next leg of my journey. The American Airlines check in staff could not have been nicer. They managed to get me on a BA flight direct to Sydney at no extra cost. A lady called Summer in Heathrow airport with American Airlines could not have done any more for me. I am eternally grateful to her. Thankfully I got the valid Esta visa for my return trip.

Flew Orlando to Austin, TX. Brilliant service. Left 1 min early arriving 15 mins before schedule. Fantastic updates and detail from the cockpit. Compared to European carriers, American are a breath of fresh air. Great work AA

We flew recently to Lousiana via DFW on a 777-300ER and returned via CLT on a 777-200. Onward flight economy was with reasonable space with goos service main meal - ice cream - sandwich. Staff in that flight were really good The return flight from CLT economy space was limited uncomfortable. Food was average. Staff behaved robotically with no emotion or good bidy language. Will I fly again AA? Will think twice

Flew American Air lines from CLT to JFK. Checked my bag, only to find items missing from my suitcase. I check my bag so not to be harrassed by TSA but what right does the employees have for stealing my personal effects? Example: MAC eye lashes, Movado watch, medicine, amongst other things.

Ich weiß gar nicht, woher die schlechten Bewertungen kommen! Ich hatte ein wenig Bammel zu buchen, nur wegen der Rezessionen und bin froh, mal wieder NICHT auf Bewertungen gehört zu haben. Es lief alles einwandfrei! Keine Verspätungen, super Service - gutes Essen und nettes Personal. Ich habe wirklich nix zu bemängeln. Habe vorher über die App Veganes gebucht und es auch in jedem Flug erhalten. Es war super easy online einzuchecken und seine Boardkarten zu erhalten, um am Flughafen Zeit zu sparen. Alles in allem: wirklich weiterzuempfehlen!
