A2 Hosting support is as good as it gets. They are very responsive and go beyond what could be expected to keep everything running well. I might add their servers are the fastest I've ever encountered and I have no doubt that's a big factor in our site's success!

14th of august: I expressed my dissatisfaction with the database errors in my WordPress blog starting from the 10th of August. I was informed that there was a server problem due to maintenance, so I waited. 15th of august: A2 Hosting installed a fresh WP installation on my existing WP and deleted all of my existing content without backing up my DB. Currently: 16th of august: • Restoring DB as suggested didn't work. • The website is working, but I have no content: posts and pages are completely missing. • I lost valuable work time. • I no longer have an Admin account—it has vanished. The tech supporters are passing the ticket from one to another, without solving a thing. Nothing is solved or double-checked to make sure everything is actually working properly. An update: After about 2 days the problem was finally fixed.
