Their customer service was fantastic. Called to find out where our order was, come to find out it was an error on our end & the order was never sent. Their CSR worked with me to get the items quickly. Very friendly & always eager to help & answer my million questions!

I received my new portable net and poles and the net had a frayed strap. When I brought this to the attention of Harper at customer service, she immediately had a brand new net sent to me. Problem solved!

I reached out to A11N Sports via email because I had an issue with the pickleball launcher I bought a month ago. I was surprised by the quick response from the company. Harper, the customer rep, walked me through all the steps to troubleshoot the issue. Once it was determined that it could not be fixed, he offered a replacement launcher for me. Wow, the delivery of the replacement came lightning fast. The whole process took less than a week. Overall, I give this company an A++ for everything. This is a really top-notch service in my book. Highly recommended from Canada!

Lack of communication wasn't appreciated. I had to write the company to find out why it wasn't delivered as scheduled. It came over a week late. Easy to assemble alone, wish it had more buttons holding it together. Amazon was selling it for a lot more. Amazon was supposed to send it according to the company but I didn't see anything listed in my purchases in Amazon orders.
