A1 AT Tracking Order Status

Interesting to see so many other poor reviews. I rarely give poor reviews, but no hesitation in giving this one, I have had at least fair service from A1, although their prices are high, and their service is suboptimal. I have had service from Oct 2022 up to now, Nov 2024, although I can no longer use the service I am paying for because I had to leave Austria. It took me months to get decent internet service in my apartment in Vienna. First, I had 5G, and the reception was so bad that I eventually had wired internet installed. That installation cost me money, and at least 2 visits to the apartment by their technicians. AND, I made the mistake of upgrading my bandwidth shortly before I unexpectedly left the country for Italy. BEWARE, if you upgrade your bandwidth, you automatically extend the term of your contract (2 years), and when you leave, you will be on the hook for payments, or you can buy it out at a huge loss. To me, as an Ex-Pat, that is a SCAM, particularly when one has to leave for personal reasons beyond one's control. I purchased 2 5G modems from them, I still have a separate SIM for a phone line, and they are inflexible about canceling my internet contract. My experience with Magenta in Vienna has been more favorable. No matter what, you might want to have a German speaker and/or the salesperson make it clear to you that your contract extends if you upgrade your bandwidth. I'll end up paying almost 500 Euros to buy out my contract or 1000 Euros in installments if I just make monthly payments. Selling the contract to another person from Italy is problematic.

Ich war gerade beim AI Shop - Forum - Salzburg um eine Ersatsimkarte für meine verlorene Simkarte zu holen. Leider war mein Versuch erfolglos, weil dort angeblich keine Bfree Sims mehr gab 👎 Ist das wirklich Wahr .. ? Mir kam es vor, als ob der Mitarbeiter keine Interesse hätte für diese Angelegenheit 🤔

Ich wurde weitergeleitet zu einem Netzwerk-Experten Namens "Umut" und war auch sehr zufrieden, konnte mir bei allem helfen. 5/5 Sterne Es gibt viele nicht freundliche Mitarbeiter im A1 Live Chat und ich freue mich gleich zwei gute Erhalten zu haben, ich hatte schon Probleme einfach aus dem Chat gekickt zu werden ohne irgendeine Vorwarnung. Diese Leute sollten definitiv mehr Gehalt bekommen, Sie bemühen sich und ihnen ist nicht egal wie es den Kunden geht. MfG Jakob

A1 " das beste Netz* hinsichtlich zum Netz, ja. Verbindung habe ich immer eine gute. Wer punkto Kundenservice & Preis gute Lösungen sucht ist bei A1 falsch. Zahle aus unerklärlichen Gründen oftmals mehr als im Vertrag festgelegt und der Kundenservice ist nicht so gut wie bei Magenta, wo ich vorher war. Dort habe ich innerhalb weniger Sekunden alle Wünsche regeln können. Bei dem stolzen Preis ist das ein Wunsch an das A1 Team. Bitte um Verbesserung
