99designs Tracking Order Status

Although the process seemed easy, I was disappointed in the lack of participants that entered the contest. And with the few I did have, I had a problem with a couple of the designers copying others work, and until I figured out about using the blind contest, that stopped the issue with similar design entries. I never received any responses from support thru writing to their contact portal, I only received answers when I called them personally. They did help by extending the contest time and changing it to a blind contest, but it still did not help in getting any additional designers to participate. The quality of 2 new design submissions were poor after I went to the blind contest. It was crickets after that. I only had one designer that was willing to work with me and the other spent the time bombing me with the same design, but just kept moving text and the same design around. Very amateurish to say the least.

Very easy site to use with amazing results

Very cool designs offered! Hated to only choose one when there were so many great options. Will definitely use again.

The idea was really interesting, but needed to ask another designer to make a better design out of it.

I was really worried because if you are new to this it can seem a little overwhelming. But the platform is really good about letting you know what step you need to take next. I wound up with over 120 designs to choose.
