999inks UK Tracking Order Status

The order placing was easy, and great speedy delivery. Only issue is the cartridge didn't work, it wasn't compatible. I kept getting the same error message saying there was something wrong with the cartridge and to shut off and contact hp help desk.

Once items ordered, they advise by e-mail. Then e-mail advised again that items have been despatched. Usually they reach the destination within 3 days which I think is ecxceptional, Well done 999inks.

Easy to find the right cartridges, check out was very easy as well

very easy website to use and prices are very reasonable

Products are very good and 100% compatible, unfortunately they took nearly two weeks to arrive and all of the email addresses provided both on the website and order confirmation bounced back so there was no way to chase the order to see why there was such a delay. Had they had not have arrived when they did I would have had to pursue via a credit card chargeback.
