7digital Tracking Order Status

Most of my albums are fine. I paid 6.99 each for 2 Y&R Mookey albums that were so sensored I could barely hear the songs. They refuse to refund my 14 dollars and that is very bad business in my eyes. Edit: they agreed to give me a credit so all is well. Listen to the samples first to make sure it is what you want.

I love 7 Digital, i also use and love BandCamp BandCamp has everything in FLAC/WAV wich i use. Most things i buy on 7Digital is m4a/MP3 so i usaly buy them first and than goes to the ugly parts of the internet and downloads them in FLAC. In one hand i will give them a 5 star for beeing a site to buy and download most of what im looking for. In the other hand i would give them a 3 for having what i want but in wrong format and a big 1 star for taking away most of my downloads What i end up seeing yesterday was that over a third of my purchases was not eglible for download. Probably becouse a issue with the artist and paying and stuff. I wont use a streaming service and this is my only choice, if this does not work i need to go back to download them ugly,or buy the CD in physical form if possible and use ExactAudioCopy. I use a DAP "Digital Audio Player" to play hi-res files. Im not sure if this is okey to do this, if the CO has an issue with the artist and takes it down thats one thing, but leave my stuff i bought. Anyhow backup everything you have on the cloud/memory stic etc , and rebackup them if the thing you use getting old and breaks.

Like many other reviews here have observed, the catalogue is paltry. If you heard a song somewhere and want to purchase it, whatever it is, whatever genre, odds are 7Digital doesn't have it. This is unfortunate, because I don't like being funneled to mega-corporations like Apple or Amazon, but 7Digital seems determined not to be competitive and shows no interest in meeting consumer demand.

Almost every track I have paid for is now 'not available to download' . 7 Dig say it's because the rights have been withdrawn , but I have paid for it so I'm entitled to download it . Really disappointing, especially as a share holder
