Your employee Sam was awesome he fixed my problem in less than 3 minutes. I think that employee has the potential to become a manager and I hope that employee does. He was very polite. I've used them for my ink recently I had an issue with a couple of chips not being read by my printer and they are sending me replacement ink with no problem several months after the purchase. Patrick who I spoke to from the company was very helpful. Overall they seem to have good integrity and be reasonable overall I'm happy with their products. I saved quite a bit of money.
