I had a few concerns about the delivery time, more than two months, but in the end the items were well received and very well protected. The customer service is pleasant.

I've only purchased from them once. It was a mixed experience but overall was a good one. It took about 3 months for my order to arrive, the tracking number was dead for the whole shipment, and the shipping invoice was completed strangely by the company, so I had some issues with duties. Normally this would be an awful experience and I would swear off the company but customer service was amazing when I contacted them about all my issues. I contacted them so many times I felt a little bad. It does take about a day to get a hold of the company but when they respond they are very helpful and accommodating. I 100% will order from them again despite the issues I did have.

Great books - some are printed a little dark so check reviews before ordering, but I'm very happy with all my books so far :) Fast shipping to Ireland too.

Love the books, with pre orders things go a bit weird. Support sometimes replies back, other times I never get a reply.

Ordering went fine, I had ordered books that were pre-ordered and when the date came around I didn't receive anything, so I contacted support, they send out the books immediately. A few months later I got the same books delivered again, which support hasn't replied to. I assume I can keep those then, not that I need 2 copies, they are also in a rougher condition which is a little sad to see.
