304 Clothing Tracking Order Status

Lovely quality on clothing. Delivery can take a while but they’re worth the wait. My daughter (24) loves their ribbed leggings and hoodies and orders regularly. Got my son a mystery box for Xmas and he lives in the hoodies, T-shirts and shorts that came in it! Daughter recently bought me a hoody for Mother’s Day and it’s lovely!! Trendy items, wash well and excellent value! Highly recommend.x

Ordered my 2nd mystery box and was chuffed with the items. Had a problem with one of the items and managed to speak to someone after replying to one of their instagram stories (much like another small clothing store) and got it resolved asap. Overall extremely happy and will be ordering again very soon!

I have now received my hoodies, while I did leave a bad review before, as I said it’s good quality something may have just went wrong, so I appreciate you sending them.

I ordered on the 4/1/2024 I was told 4-7 days for despatch that's fine One week went by no update then they claimed they had experienced a flood Looking through previous reviews they have done this before I decided to email to be met with the automated reply. On Monday 14/01/2024 I was emailed back after asking for a refund that my order would be despatched Wednesday 17/01/2024 and I would receive it the next day The only issue they still have not despatched anything. They claimed they would put a free item in as an apology but I now doubt weather I'm even going to receive them items at all So I will have to raise a request I have no revived my order there was a free item and I do like the clothes I have no complaints about that The only issue was delivery time and responses but other then that great thank you

I've ordered from 304 lots of times the clothes are really good but is let down by the amount of time it takes to be delivered after numerous email to find out where the items are they finally get back to you
