Ordered White Glove service

Ordered White Glove service. Upon delivery, I was told that White Glove doesn't include assembly? Never heard of that before and I have ordered tons of furniture in the past as a trade partner of West Elm, Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn and others. In addition, the delivery company refused to remove the boxes! Called customer service, and was told that White Glove doesn't include even light assembly, and that I can return the item but I'd have to pay for shipping. The table itself is beautiful which is why I give it 2 stars not 1.

No shipping confirmation for 3 weeks

Ordered pretty expensive lights. No shipping confirmation for 3 weeks. Sent two emails to check the status - never received my response. Really terrible customer service. Will be ordering somewhere else next time.

Skeptical at first...glad I went with 2Modern

I was skeptical after reading some bad reviews but bought from 2Modern because they were substantially cheaper than other sites for the tables I wanted. Unfortunately the tables were delivered damaged by UPS, but Brian in customer service had the damaged one picked up and shipped out a new one with another delivery service. It did take awhile but I wasn’t in a hurry. New one came undamaged and just what I wanted. Thanks

Delayed Refund & Inaccurate Inventory/Shipping Info/ Not helpful

Their customer service sucks. DELAYED REFUND I returned one lamp for refund. After the package was delivered for 3 full weeks, i contacted them for an update since I still didn't received any return confirmation. Then they refunded the money back to me right after after I asked. Well, really? If I didn't contact them, they will still not willing to give me money back. MISLEADING INVENTORY AND SHIPPING INFO The inventory and shipping information on their listing is not accurate. I ordered two other lamps, and both are showing in stock and ship in 1-3 days on their website. However couple days later after I placed the order, they emailed me saying one will be shipped out 2 months later, another will be 3 weeks out. I can't wait that long for 2 months when you are trying to finish up a renovation in the house. It is waste my time to shop there. I wish I can see the real inventory information on their website. NO SORRY FOR THEIR POOR SERVICE With all the communication with them for different orders, they never said one sorry for all the delays they caused. NO TIME TO CHECK INVENTORY FOR CUSTOMER When I call them about another product regards to the inventory information. I said your website saying 1-3 days shipping, would be another 2-3 weeks waiting time again? They said probably yes and can't check the inventory information to tell me. I guess I will do my best to shop on other websites, so I don't need to deal with your poor customer service when you clearly showing you don't care.
