2712 Designs Tracking Order Status

I had ordered from this company before and had a great experience. After ordering again with 2 Groupons (which I found out after the fact had a min purchase price to use) I had to split my order in two and pay twice Shipping. One of my orders was missing parts of the stamp kit I ordered. It seems customer service only replies if the reply is easy or has a positive spin. There is no contact number. There is no power on the buyers end. Be warned if you have an issue, you're probably SOL.

I had ordered a personalized stamp and due to circumstances beyond my control later that same day I didn't need it any more. I contacted 2712 Designs about possibly cancelling the order but they offered to make a change instead. They are real life savers with great customer service!

I recently moved and this is the second return address stamp I bought. The first was too big but this one was perfect.

Quick and easy order. Had to contact customer service due to Groupon voucher not taking. Customer service was really responsive and took care of my issue in less than 20 mins from sending my email. Thank you Ann. Can't wait to receive my order.

I had an issue getting my Groupon applied to the price and within 2 days, the customer Service representative had contacted me and taken care of the issue. I am very impressed with their customer service.
