Excellent customer service from the start to the final deliver and good quality product.

The sectional is beautiful, the materials are of quality, and I love the design. However, feathers constantly come out of the cushions so you will be poked by these and vacuuming them up frequently. I also wonder how long until the decrease in feathers cause the sectional to feel flat and deflated. Also, there should be a fourth back pillow because the little pillows that fill in the gaps get crushed and therefore don't provide sitting support.

My experience with customer service made this 5 stars. I purchased a dining table and there was an issue with my order. There's an assigned customer service representative who followed up with my order from the beginning to the end. She was reliable and was able to offer solutions to solve the issue. Thank you!

Beautiful couches. Delivery was prompt, and the unboxing/installation took less than 30 minutes for our large sectional. We were supposed to a get a free night stand with our order though that never came. A little disappointed but overall happy with the product we purchased.

I was nervious about buying this Sectional on line without seeing it first but went ahead after reading all in info included. It turned out to be a great experience! I bought the sandwich sectional in Camel leather. It looks feels fabulous!! Delivery was as promised and it was very easy to put it together.it is very wide and requires more pillows but easy fix! Communication has been excellent, I highly recommend this product and company. Go For It. Bruce T
