23andMe Tracking Order Status

Updated review, so the results did come back, they were over a month late, but they came and they included all the information that was advertised. I’m happy to change this review if I ever get my results but for the last month, my results have been stuck at the review stage. I asked customer service when will I get them and they replied when they have finished the review stage! It seems from the reviews that some people get a good service and others don’t. I guess it’s a luck thing, but not really what you want when spending £100 plus on a product!!

Recently took a DNA test - 23andme didn't exceed my expectations and it was a little slow to get the results after shipping, but they did exactly what was advised on the tin and their communication was effective after they started the shipping process from the UK to US. I do think their £90 'health' report addon is a little poor though as it only shows you partial health related data and you need to pay an extra membership fee to review the rest (feels like a waste of money!), but everything else worked as expected. For those who advised in their review that 23andme have been hacked, this isn't a completely accurate statement and I would strongly suggest you reread any communication from them because it is in fact that your own password was used to login (from another service you use that has been breached or a password that was otherwise available) and their own systems weren't breached. It is good practice to use a different strong password for each service. Lang ventetid fra man sender afsted til at den modtages på laboratoriet. For mig lidt over én måned, men derefter går det hurtigt og det er ventetiden værd. Ialt 7 uger. Meget tilfreds med resultat og hjemmeside - kundeservice er 50/50 om man får hjælp eller ej.

This company is really fast with getting your results and sometimes they don't get it all at first but updates the results regularly and they become more accurate over time. They have thousands of my relatives and distant relatives and that is 100% accurate. Overall I do feel it was worth the money and I would recommend.
