20cogs.co.uk Tracking Order Status

Not happy to find that the site is now closed. I had finished all my cogs and was waiting for the final one to track before cashing out. I never received an email saying that they were closing and don't recall seeing anything that said you had to cash out by a certain date. I've had problems with my laptop so haven't been able to access the site. I paid out money knowing that I would get more back in the end and now I have nothing to show for it!! If they're still going, (I saw a post that said they've set up a better website) then why can't people still claim what they are owed?? I honestly don't think it's right.

As the site was shutting down I was worried about getting the money I had earned. But 5 days after I withdrew it was in my account 3 days if you don’t include the weekend.

Thanks 20 Cogs, you all rocked, sorry to see you go! Wife cashed her Cogs out ages ago and thanks to your email prompt about closing down, I managed to get all mine to turn green and now pending cash out! To everyone complaining below, I understand their frustrations however not only did I receive the email but the massive banner on your website was there saying you were closing for months now. Wish you all well and many thanks!!!

I thought it was a great way to make money. Except for the fact that it takes forever to turn green. And it was really upsetting to find out that there's a cog 21out of the blue. I have completed the 20cogs but I'm still yet to be paid

I don't understand why my payments was withheld for a time.
