Really good customer service for a warranty issue, the headphones i bought had an issue after 6 months so hopefully the replacement set lasts longer, but fast and helpful customer service.

Great headsets, can’t beat the quality for the price! I already own multiple pairs of them. Customer support was great, responded immediately and replaced my misplaced headset.

I recommend 1MORE as a source for audio equipment. These earbuds deliver superior sound. Unfortunately, the pistons do not fit my ears, and so I have requested to return them. I had a very disappointing experience when purchasing the 1More Sonoflow Pro. I placed my order, expecting it to be shipped within 1-2 days, but I never received any updates or explanations regarding the delivery. The sales support was unresponsive to my emails, and in the end, they canceled my order without offering any apologies. I am still waiting for my refund, and I've lost two weeks in the process. I cannot recommend this company.

Ho ordinato delle cuffiette domenica sera e mi sono arrivate il giovedì. Per quanto riguarda la spedizione non ha avuto problemi (gestita da Amazon.UK) il pacco è stato spedito il martedì ed è finito nelle mie mani il giovedì come ho già detto, l’imballaggio è quello standard di Amazon. Mi sembra un sito affidabile almeno per le consegne in italia. Le cuffie funzionano e la confezione è in perfetto stato.
