PetMeds Tracking Order Status

We recently lost our pet who was on medication for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. We had ordered medication for him and no longer needed it. I talked to the kindest people who expedited a return included getting our money returned.

Absolutely awful system. Takes an hour to place an order and then when you reach the end it tells you there is an error accepting the credit card. Variety is good, but the online system is effed.

great customer services. I switched my dog's prescription from Chewy to PetMeds. Chewy cancelled my order without notify me. They couldn't obtain the prescription from my Clinic. I called 3 times to them and one time to my clinic. Chewy's system couldn't update the clinic information which I was surprised. It's just so pleasant to talk to PetMeds customer service representatives! Keep up the good work!

I came back to shopping 1800PetMeds after a long hiatus after a previous dog passed away. Their prices are very competitive, and I had no issues with my order, although it did seem as if it took longer than I expected for the order to get fulfilled (but that could easily have been due to communication between them and the vet's office). I also enjoyed the surprise of seeing a very large dog biscuit in with the order, even if it's way too big for either of my dogs (and it seems as if the weight range on the medications could have suggested a smaller treat in the box).

I ordered my dogs Imterceptor heartworm meds 4//9 it was delivered on 4/12. They got in contact with my regular vet on 4/10 to confirm prescription. I'm happy with the price, prompt service & delivery. I received 2 boxes from Pet meds for the same price as 1 box at Banfield. Thank you 1800 Pet Med's & staff. You have a new satisfied customer.
