1800flowers Tracking Order Status

I’ve placed quite a few orders here. Overall I must say that I’m very pleased with the service and happiness of the recipient(s). Today I received support via chat. I’m completed blown away and the rep far exceeded my expectations. There are so many options to choose from. I can get flowers, fruit arrangements, balloons and much more. I can shop for various friends and family. It’s like a one stop shop. I highly recommend this company.

2 stars is being generous! Never again. I wish I could upload photos of what we ordered for my brother in law's funeral vs what we got! It's embarrassing and I feel so sorry for my husband. I don't know what local florist 1800 flowers used for this Gallatin TN funeral but they should be ashamed! The "medium" standing funeral spray is tiny and pitiful. Looks NOTHING like the beautiful photo on 1800 flowers website. I believe we got a "small" with a few flowers stuck in. We just lost a family member 3 months ago and ordered "medium" standing funeral spray from a local florist and it was so full and beautiful. This is unacceptable and I'm furious. This is for a funeral for God's sake! It's not the time to rip off customers.

It was an easy ordering process and the flowers came out just as beautiful as it is in the picture!

The flowers were beautiful and the "Happy Face" planter was nice. However, the "Congratulations" balloon was not fully inflated.

The arrangement was ok. For the price point it absolutely should have been fuller with more flowers.
