1800 contacts has the best customer support. It's always a real person answering your questions. They've helped me place orders, found discounts for my lenses, and assisted with returning older lenses for my new prescription. And, it's quite a bit cheaper than my eye doctor.

People work for this company. Real people who can fix problems and actually provide customer service, which seems to be a low priority for companies these days (looking at you, big A). I have had all great experiences with them since 2018. My eye doctor recommended them to me over local businesses and large companies with “optical shops,” and I can see why. Competitive pricing and, saying it again, people work for this company.

One of the many reasons I love 1800 contacts is because they are reliable. Between quick shipping and great customer service, they never disappoint. Offering real customer service 24/7 - no bots - doesn’t come by often, which makes me appreciate them even more!

Too bad there aren’t 6 stars! I am so impressed with the customer service, the prices, that they refund opened and unopened boxes of your Rx changes,the option to order on line or call and speak to a person. I’ve done both and the representatives are so efficient friendly and helpful. I was a long time customer with Just Lenses, which was also a nice company but pales in comparison.
