123 Greetings Tracking Order Status

123 Greetings.com took £26 from my bank account although the website says the cards are free. I don't know how they even got my bank details. Very concerning

Sent a lot of e-cards for Christmas, due to postal strike, and all cards sent. I've never been asked to pay and I have used this Company, on and off, for years. Some recipients have not opened their cards but, as i found out recently, it could be that with so many scams going around, the recipients are wary of unknown emails. I have always been advised if a card hss not been viewed.

Last year I sent a card to the same address- it was never received! This year- I didn't have much hope but decided to try again- Nothing arrived in her -Email until today- 9 days later telling her that it would expire soon. Don't have much faith in your system. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is annoying- I did it once! I have been using 123 cards for YEARS- including the name that caused this review- Unless this is a new company (charging a FEE?) I have no idea why it would think that the name provided was not in the system??

I've been using this site for years, specifically because it was always free to send ecards, and I've never been in a position to pay for online getting cards. I am disabled, and pretty much homebound, so this was the perfect way for me to reach out to my loved ones on special occasions. 123 Greetings was the only free getting card site I could depend on. NOW, you've seen to have joined all the rest of the greety, commercial conglomerate card companies. I'm very saddened and disappointed to say I will no longer be able to continue using your service. What a shame. And all for the sake of the almighty dollar! (Especially during this pandemic, really?)
