I ordered candleholders and had trouble with the delivery thru Fed-Ex. 100candles personally called me because my order was going to go back. He called Fed Ex and i got my order. I was surprised they cared enough to reach out. I will definitly do business with them again.

My wedding is getting close and my florist recommend a certain led light and candles100 had the exact light I needed for our votives and so i placed an order which it got shipped out immediately but it never arrived! So i called customer service and Rafi helped me out and called FedEx for me to check the problem. Long story short. Rafi knew i needed them this week and right away went and made a new order for me and delivered the item. What true great service! Little things are big things for those who have so many things going on at once. Thank you so much Candles100 and Rafi.

I purchased some candles and my card was declined due to all my bills coming in at the same time. Rafi, who helped me on this, was so patient and I told him information is correct and to run it again one more time. Needless to say, 3rd try was a charm. He even sent me an email to acknowledge that my card went thru and made sure I received the shipment and happy with it.

I have loved these guys in the past. We use a lot of tapers, and their premium taper candles are top notch. I order them by the gross, and am a long time customer. Unfortunately, I had a shipment arrive in December that had clearly been dropped, and at least a dozen of the candles were damaged. I carefully removed all 144 candles from the box, photographed the damage, and sent them images and requested either replacement candles or a refund for the damaged ones. After several emails and a month of no response, I called them, and was told that they were negotiating with FedX for the damage. Another month has gone by, I have sent another email, and still no reply. This is no way to treat your customers.

I’ve purchased twice already and have been happy both times. You can’t beat the price and they are practically smokeless. I bought a case of the 15 hour votives and tested them. If you put them in the right holder, you get every minute. This is the only place I’ll buy candles! By the way, I called to get an update on my shipment and was surprised that, not only did they answer, they were beyond my expectations!
