1001Hobbies UK Tracking Order Status

I put an order ( All might bowl) in my 'basket' and wasn't ready to pay for it yet so I moved away from the site intending to go back next day. Then I got an email telling me i had not checked out and paid yet. It's up to ME,as a customer to decide when I'M ready,not some money grabbing nobody that is desperate for a sale and I told them so. They kicked me off the site and i went and found it for a tenner less in a shop.

Despite reading some bad reviews of this site that I’d never heard of I ordered an item that I couldn’t find anywhere else. It was to be a gift and I really wanted it, because I could use PayPal I took a gamble. Communications were great! I had updates of my parcels journey and delivery was made on the exact date predicted. The item was well packaged and exactly what I wanted. I am a very happy customer that can’t wait to deliver a sought after present. :)

I was searching for a while for a Gundam Aerial and once I found it at 1001hobbies I was over the moon. Yes I had to wait a bit as it was a preorder product but the communication from 1001hobbies from the start was perfect, I wasn't bombarded with emails trying to sell me other stuff, just quick updates letting me know expected delivery dates and shipping updates. The package actually arrived early and in pristine condition. I couldn't be happier. I have several gunpla models in my back catalogue still waiting to be assembled but I built this one right away. Ordered on a Thursday; arrived on the Tuesday (after a bank holiday) really fast delivery!

Ordered 2 items from this supplier on 15th December as a Christmas gift for my son. Listed as 3-5 day delivery. Tried to phone and email when Christmas approached. They wouldn’t answer the phone or respond to my emails. Items finally arrived from France on the 29th December. I paid extra for gift wrapping that was appalling. I will never use 1001 hobbies ever again.
