Many negative reviews here so I was worried about my parcel delivery. However, what an absolutely great experience I had. Parcel was sent yesterday at 4 pm from Melbourne. I've just received, today, in Perth, a few minutes ago at 12.47 pm ! Amazing service delivery ! I can't speak for others but my experience was great ! Kudos to Star track for a job well done !

Came home to find out I had missed a delivery. Rang.here in Adelaide and they could not have been more helpful they immediately arranged for a re delivery which was 10.00 next morning Plus in took only2 to come from Newcastle
Wasn't home when they came to drop off a 1500 dollar collectable I purchased from Melbourne I'm in Sydney. The courier rung me (name is Jimmy)but my phone was on silent as I was away at work. He didn't leave it thank god!as it wouldve been taken other thing's have been stolen that certain courier's just dumped in front of our apartment!was returned to depot..next day early morning I noticed on tracking they had it sent for redelivery. I immediately rung Jimmy and said hey mate I left my garage open can you please put it in there... He was only too happy to help and now it is safely delivered. Thankyou star track and jimmy!
