Track SpeedX Packages & Parcels

I did get my package from Romwe/Shien but I don't like that they delivered after 8pm when it's already getting dark early. No one wants to see bright headlights in the driveway when you're not really expecting anyone. Yes, tracking said it was out for delivery but it was getting so late I figured it would stay on the truck for the night and it would be delivered the next morning. They were also completely silent. If my mom hadn't noticed the headlights, the package could have easily been out all night. We don't really have a problem with porch pirates in my area but that doesn't mean I want to risk having it out all night. If it's past 6, call it a day and deliver in the morning.

Thought Temu was doing better by dropping Speedx. Turns out that they are using Lasership/ontrac. These are carbon copies of speedx. Just as useless and unreliable. Complaints can be transposed and you wouldn't know the difference. So sad. *Update* Shocked to find a package I ordered fromTemu, prior to learning about Lasership/Ontrac, was actually placed in front of my door on Aug 3. I don't know if this is a one off or not. Still leary about ordering in future. Wish they would just use USPS.

First time that my package from SHEIN was handled by this terrible company. Completely unprofessional and unreliable, first they said they couldn’t deliver my package because my address was wrong ( which is not true at all, my address is correct) then.. trying to contact them is a completely joke, is only through text messages and they take hours , even days to reply you back. I’m still waiting for them to deliver my package , nobody gives me information, not even SHEIN. I’m so angry, WORST CARRIER EVER.

Email said tried to deliver at 8:30 Friday night. Was not home. Why would you deliver so late. It should be delivered in the day. I'm handicapped and am home during day. No one seemed to knock very loud as.my roommate lives in the frontroom and would have heard him. We just had a death in the family. Also, I called 3xs and left message which no one responded. I need that package.

My package been sitting at Springfield NY for a while HAS NOT MOVED YET!!! WHST DOING ON THE OTH THESE PEOPLE SERIOUSLY COME ON FO YOUR JOB!!!!! I to be honest never heard of speedX little secret they gave them the wrong name nothing speedy about them!!!!’ PLEADE I NEED AND WANT MY PACKAGE WAITING A GIFT I GIVEN SOMEONE!!!!!! PLEASE HURRY!!!! THANK YOU!!!
