Smooth Parcel also goes by Etail Support. The company is run by Roger B. I don't normally write negative reviews, but others need to know to stay away from this business. It is an understatement to say that the owner of this business is dishonest and untrustworthy. He was months late in delivering packages, he sent packages to the wrong locations, and other packages were lost. He is accepting responsibility for none of this. To make matter worse, he is now attempting to extort me for more money by telling me that he will sell my products to others if I don't pay him additional fees. Even the company that put me in touch with him says they won't do further business with him after he cost them over $100,000. Don't let Smooth Parcel or Etail Support steal from you too. Stay far, far away!

Dodgy looking outfit from the start. Tracking virtually worthless. Concerning 'spam-looking' customs charge notice. Stayed in all day on the "Expected delivery date" and received no parcel. Tracking has not updated delivery date. No idea when I'll get my parcel or what will happen if I'm not in. This is a company for CHEAP companies to send wares when they DON'T CARE about customers' experience. Will update when/if parcel arrives.
