Track Skynet Worldwide Express UK Packages & Parcels

Your lack of professionalism and transparency is incredible, 2 lost packages in a week and I send an email for you to give me explanations of what happened and it tells me that they can't find anything with the tracking number that I give them, and anyone can see it on their website official that with my tracking number the packages appear at their headquarters in Barcelona (Spain). I write again attaching all the evidence and papers... and what is your response? NONE. So soon you will have me in the consumer office denounced and claiming what is mine and of course in my networks and those of my loved ones I am going to portray you

Absolutely shocking service from SKYNET customer service. They sent my parcel to a 3rd party delivery company without mentioning this when it got shipped from abroad, their customer service team have no idea of how to chase up your parcel and their tracking systems tell lies and stated 'attempted delivery' when they had not for 2 days.

Skynet has a horrible service. I paid a delivery through packlink with them and it went very bad. The labels of my package were wrong so when FedEx (TNT) came to pick it up they refused to take it. Two weeks trying to pick up the delivery which never happend. Really bad service also to ask them, contact them or try to solve the situation.

Well, on the positive side I did get my parcel, eventually, which is the one and only reason I’m giving more than one star, I would’ve given 1,5 if possible. On the negative side it took a month for Skynet to deliver from Italy to Sweden and for most of that time the tracking didn’t work, which begs the question; why did I pay extra for trackable shipping? But yeah, the package eventually arrived so I guess I shouldn’t complain.

E' una cosa vergognosa!!!!! Data del ritiro 15 aprile a Torino. Nessun ritiro. Fatto tracking e risulta ritirata il giorno stesso alle 10,40, peccato però fatto a Milano. Ma cosa hanno ritirato e soprattutto da chi?????????? Scritto mail.......aspetto. Da ieri sto provando a chiamare telefonicamente ma il personale è sempre impegnato................... VERGOGNA. COSA DEVO FARE PER RICHIEDERE IL RIMBORSO DEL PAGAMENTO E RIVOLGERMI AD ALTRO CORRIERE??????????????????????
