Track Saudi Post Packages & Parcels

I have a shipment waiting from last 2 days that is marked as out for delivery. Whenever I receive the SMS message from SPL I contact delivery agent and share the google location and confirm my availability. They promise to come but they don't !! and most dangerous thing, they will leave a note in the SPL system "delivery failed due to customer postponed" or "address needs to be updated" that is a lie on to my face ...

Absolutely disgusting service. They told me that address on parcel I sent is incomplete which is not true because I sent parcel to this address for last four years but with different companies unfortunately for me this time I had to deal with SPL I posted parcel from UK and everything was fine until SPL got it and they did nothing. Not even after I sent numerous emails I provided full address then they even asked me for my passport details I even provided that and still nothing is done . Parcel been sitting in central post office in Riyadh for 8 days now !! If you ever have to send something don’t choose them I regret that now

This is THE worst shipping experience I’ve ever had. Alami service doesn’t show you parcel updates and just says “Shipped out from warehouse” the entire duration of travel. SPL isn’t even the one handling delivery outside of SA, meaning, they give the package to another shipping company abroad to handle shipping until it reaches SA, so it probably had a tracking number but they won’t give it to you for no reason.
