Track Purolator Packages & Parcels

Thank you for delivering my package to the door. Other couriers often leave my package at my property line, exposed to the elements. Thank you to the driver that followed the “additional instructions” offered by Purolators tracking system.

I would like to commend the person who delivered my big and heavy package(Metal bunk bed) today May 8, 2024. He is so kind and courteous. Although the shipment was delayed, I almost thought that my package was lost. Ronald Davidson from the tracing department assured me that its not lost. Now its delivered. Thank you! Purolator! Great service.

Went into 830 upper James, I forgot my tracking number. I wasn’t even close to home. I asked Mary (customer service rep) she was awesome! Friendly adorable and went and found my package. I really appreciate her doing that for me. Saved me a long trip home and back! Thanks Mary! You rock!

Adam, (Bible Hill, NS) Purolator Delivery person. I can't say enough about this driver and his care for the packages he is delivering and his thoughtfulness towards the receiver of the package. He tried to deliver 2 large packages that clearly showed what they were, not in brown boxes. He did not leave them on the doorstep for everyone to see since we weren't home, he returned them to the warehouse. I have no issue picking them up, prefer that to missing packages for sure. It's unclear to me how people yell and scream at the couriers for doing this. I appreciate knowing my package is safe and that I don't have to wait for a refund and order it all over again. Thanks, Adam .... I appreciate you and all you do, especially this time of year. A shout-out to the woman helping me at the depot! Couldn't have been nicer! Thanks Purolator.

I have had 2 deliveries in a span of 3 days. Both of the young ladies that made the deliveries brought them to my apartment door and even assisted me by placing the parcels inside my apartment door. Both were rather large boxes(one 12 lbs and the other 30lbs) Being disabled there help was appreciated more than you can understand. After reading all of the negative reviews I was very anxious as to how my delivery would play out. I was pleasantly surprised to have perfectly executed deliveries by 2 friendly and helpful young ladies. Kudos on a job well done
